  • Folding and sealing your printed apparel inside of a polybag not only provides protection during storage and transport, it is also the proverbial cherry-on-top of a product which should impress. That extra step of having to pinch open the bag builds anticipation.

    When we polybag apparel, we include a size sticker for easy identification. Stickers containing a barcode, sizing, pricing, and/or SKUs can also be placed on polybags. If you send us a file formatted to 2’’ W x 1’’ H, we can print and apply these stickered barcodes as part of our fold & polybag service at no extra cost. Otherwise, send us your pre-made barcodes before we begin and we’ll slap them on for you!

    As a standard, we bulk fold printed apparel in bundles (free of charge), but if you need that extra-official appeal, let us know when placing your order.

  • Manufacturers usually affix their blank garments with removable (tear-away) size labels. We offer printed or sewn-in woven labels to replace these original manufacturer tags. For a premium finish, send us an art file of your brand’s unique printed label or let us know whether you need us to sew on your specially made woven labels.

    Some manufacturers are also in the business of elevating their product, which means they sew on their company branding. As an additional service, we can remove these sewn labels.

You can place your unique logo near the cuff of a long-sleeve t-shirt, in the center of a chest pocket, or even cover the entire blank space of your garment with custom-placed patches. This way, you can transform your apparel into a walking solar system of symbols if you wish!

    Unlike screen printing, heat pressing allows for custom placement. Just let us know where you want your patches, and we’ll handle the rest.

    Direct-to-film (DTF) printing also uses a heat press. If you’re looking for 4K resolution (as close to perfect as you can get) on almost any type of fabric, DTF printing is the way to go. You can print on tote bags, gloves, and polyester blends.

  • Hangtags are an easy way to add marketing and/or instructions to your product without making them a permanent feature or otherwise interfering with creative decoration. They also prepare your product for retail purchasing with the use of SKUs and barcodes. We can attach hangtags to any location you choose (for example, below the inside neckline or in the armpit of a sleeve). Let us know whether you plan to provide your own hangtags or need us to source them for you :)
